Do women listen!!

U know wat there a question i asked on the other forums...do women really listen..according to me they hardly listen..yeah yeah im saying that on personal experience....i only listen if i want to..i mean i listen to people only whom i want to listen to...ma friend says this:Its just a myth like the white elephant, women do listen, but the problem is they talk more which gives them less time to listen. So they talk more and hence listen less ;)
Another friend says this:
We listen to every word they say the only thing this men think women dont listen.We make our points and use it when the time is right. Strike Iron when its hot...
I found it damn right but then is it?
Hmm i know too many questions to think about but then see i agree women talk a lot i talk too...but then we do listen sometimes...according to me most of the time all the others talk utter rubbish especially people who want to be noticed...i try listening to them but then they dont make any sense at all...i feel the same when i sit for some of the meetings in our office ....a lot of ideas are asked and said..not to fotget will be promised to put in place too but then nothing happens...after so much of listening if there is no use why should anyone be put through the exercise again?
And i dont understand one more thing why is this expectation only from women...why should women always listen..no one will complain if men talk tooooo much and dont listen at alll...hmm i really dont hear any complaints!!!!
